I've tried these on and returned. Get the older version. It much better. Only downside with the old version is no ANC

Why would you tell anyone to get the old version when they've had a known issue from the beginning that Apple refuses to fix?

Without hyperbole these are the worst sounding Bluetooth buds I've ever used. The heart rate monitor is useless in almost any real world situation, using the tips off my Sony buds these don't even sound like they have noise canceling, and if AirPods Pro 2 are a 7/10 for audio quality, these are a 4. Returned them after 3 days

From the iniitial reviews on Youtube and certified purchaser reviews on websites, They don't have the same sound signature as the originals.

Now I belive that they can offer an over the air update and remedy the bad sound. But as it stands today, they are "supposedly" inferior in sound to the previous version and Airpods Pro.

I for one, am waiting for all the bad reviews to keep flooding in and hopefully bring sales down to a snails pace so they get heavily discounted.

Then wait for an update that fixes the sound quality. That would be a slick deal.

Little surprised they dropped the price so quickly. I've used gen 1 for years. Love the usbc and anc isn't amazing but it's decent. Can audio share with AirPods for the spouse. Definitely like them better than my AirPod pros. Connectivity is flawless. I don't regret buying them. I have AirPod pros, beats pill, Sony top of the line in ear anc and I prefer these for working out

Had the v1 and thought about v2 until I read the reviews. I got the skullcandy Method. They have anc. It's pretty much a bose QC buds.

I returned mine when I got it full price after release. The sound quality isn't the same as AirPods Pro 2. But it does lock in the ear better for me. I told myself I would get it again at a price drop.
The case is still a bit bulky. It's not ideal to leave in your pocket while working out. Better to put it in a gym bag or leave it in your car.
