Even if you don't want to use Gemini, this gives you Google one (and up to 2tb storage space) so it's useful for anybody with an edu address. Thanks!

Stupid question but how does Google one storage work when you cancel. Let's say you uploaded 1tb data and then cancel the subscription. Will you lose access to those 1tb of photos?

this student trial will end aug 4th if you sign up today. after signing up, you can manage your subscription. when you click cancel subscription, it will actually only cancel the auto renew. you will still keep the cloud storage and AI function till aug 4th 2026.
if you are existing paid google one subscriber, it will automatically refund the left over paid membership since you are getting storage from this one
