I have the same case, liquid cooling etc but 13700 cpu. Owned 1.5 years and it works great. No issues. The liquid cooling and 1000w power supply are great upgrades. Wish it had more than 2 ram slots. Also only has 2 m.2 ssd slots but they are x4 full bandwidth.
Unplug.. reseat ram and video card. make sure the cooler is tight on the cpu socket. If cooler moved, cpu may be misaligned.
its okay, no one is an esport celebrity missing on 10-20 frames. all adults are taking their own decision. When amd cpus come, people will buy those as well.

I wish I knew enough to know if this was a good deal and solid hardware to last a while.

How loud does the machine get? I'd like a quiet machine.

Not loud, I notice no sounds difference between idle and playing games. I think the loudest fan is the front intake at times, which maybe be an outlier and could be replaced. Very pleasant coming from an Alienware laptop.

Bought this from the last deal that was posted on here. Received it last Monday and as of this morning my pc won't even boot up. It is stuck on the Alienware screen. Can't even access their bios.

Thanks for the response. I'm going to assume there isn't much room for added storage? I.E two 3.5 drives?

At this point wouldn't people use m.2 drives? I would think there's at least one spot on the motherboard for extra storage.

one time i had a similar problem have you tried every single HDMI ect.. port on the back of the gpu. also it might be worth trying all of the ports on the MB as well.

I just watched a video on a review of this box. I feel like there was at least cabling for one 3.5 drive. Looking it up in copilot, it seems to indicate this as well.

This is a pretty good deal, only issue being that Alienware loves to use non standard connectors. Their motherboard and their PSW have special connector/cable. If one of them trials out of warranty you can't replace one without the other.
