Awesome brand-new unit that I got in this same deal, 2+ months ago. I vacuum it with the regular vacuum and then use this Tineco for mopping. Directly mopping the dirty floor is a bad idea. The solution tank and the dirty water tank are small, so I use only for mopping and use some random floor cleaner from Sams/Costco. Works well. The item came in brown box, brand new sealed. Worth it. The mopping is at perfect level, meaning, the water quantity is consistent thin layer of water, not to damage my LVP flooring.

Bought this as well a few months back. Our LVP floors have never been cleaner. We use it daily and it's super satisfying how much it cleans. We have a 1 year old and I can attack whatever rice yogurt corn disaster he leaves on the floor with no problem. It handles dust and dog hair very well. There are probably better ones that are easier to clean but I'm super happy with this at the price point. Occasionally I'll fill up the dirty tank and need to empty while cleaning, but I've yet to kill the battery on our 2000 sf first floor.
