What is Crunchy Cookie Butter?
I was gifted one of these....tastes like windmill cookies in spreadable form with bits of cookie mixed in. If that makes sense (I've never had these in cookie form) a touch of cinnamon. But I found it very yummy.

What is Crunchy Cookie Butter?
It's made with lotus brand cookies... think crunchy peanut butter, but worse for you... however, it is delicious! You can buy the regular lotus cookies, which taste just like this cookie butter they sell.
this stuff is really good for like half a jar and then I never want to touch it again. It's closer to butter than cookie lol. I bought a 2 pack last time, ate half a jar and the second jar sat in my pantry for years before I decided I should probably chuck it. Can't imagine 8

This stuff does taste good but I don't think you'll wind up using it on a sandwich or something like you would with peanut butter. I use this to make a biscoff cheesecake for example. But yeah, 8 jars of it is a lot.
I haven't this exact brand, but something similar. Just an FYI, if you choose to eat 3 jars of this in one evening you're not going to feel well the next day.
