By the picture, this is the V20, not to be confused with the older 20volt. Batteries are different between the two.

I bought a Craftsman hedge trimmer a year or so ago and never used the battery because I just used the battery from this impact that I bought before so a few days ago I opened up the battery and completely dead, won't charge on any charger. I have no idea where the receipt is and the battery is a 2021 even though I bought the trimmer in 2024, not impressed, bundling old batteries with new products is not cool.
