I would have purchased last year before boom 2 came out. I got that instead.

i had the motion boom, which was similar to the select pro...i would say overall, the skullcandy is better. Esp. if you are outdoors. If you want more bass and less clarity then the boom/select is nice. The skullcandy barrel is cleaner to me.
