Bear in mind that these dishwashers REQUIRE the app to use many of the features beyond normal wash cycles. They literally app-wall basic features like Rinse and Delayed Start. This is, IMHO, stupid and scummy behavior on Bosch's part and I don't think you should purchase their products to support this crap.

Thanks for the heads-up — appreciated. That said, I've never actually used the "rinse only" or "delayed start" functions on any dishwasher, so I'm not too concerned about those specific features. If I end up going with this model, I expect it to work just fine for my use.
At the end of the day, what matters to me is whether it cleans well and holds up over time — something my previous machine struggled with. From what I've gathered, Bosch has a solid reputation in both areas as per online reviews and YouTubers. Their dishwashers consistently rank among the best in reliability and performance, especially in terms of quiet operation and efficient cleaning. I've also asked around and nearly everyone I've spoken to strongly recommends Bosch.
Thanks again for your input — always good to hear different perspectives.
