I have an extra discount for "StockUp Sale" anyone have more info on that or what other items qualify? I'm guessing there's probably something better to use that on.

A 6 pack is 1.25 so 5 bucks and you can switch them up as they have chicken beef and shrimp and sometimes spicy

Great deal for somebody who can't afford anything else. There is even a few people who like that Ramen. But in terms of instant Ramen this is rated one of the worst. High sodium, flavorless broth powder, soft noodles. But you can't beat the price and sometimes you need to save some money for something else so there is plenty of reason to get it.

I like to keep these on hand in my dry pantry as an emergency or hard times/dirt broke back up food source. You can also obviously of course jazz the ramen up to make it more palatable. (IE Siracha, egg, canned vegetables, can of solid albacore etc) I'm in for one at $3.58 shipped; thanks OP.

The main problem is the "no msg". I don't really get it. Folks with a problem with msg should not be buying instant ramen. For my stash, I just buy Maruchan. The Japanese brands like Saporro Ichiban are better but not by much, IMO. Instant is instant. In general, I prefer Korean and Chinese/Taiwanese brands of instant noodles, but they are technically not ramen.

Sapporo Ichiban, Nongshim and Nissin Raoh however you can't find them as cheap. This is the best price I have seen in years for a 24pack of Ramen though.

I don't mind the texture, but what you say about the flavor is so true. The beef one is particularly bland. I use half as much water compared to the maruchan flavors or else it just tastes like water.

There is nothing wrong with that. The price is incredible good.

What I did in the past I buy these big Knorr Broth mostly to find in the hispanic food section at Walmart and used their broth powder instead of the one Nissin provided.

However if you use Nissin Raoh, thats like a complete different party animal.

I think I know what you're talking about when it comes to Knorr. Those huge jugs of Knorr Granulated Bouillon [amazon.com] are like having a secret weapon in the kitchen. If something tastes bland, just add some magical Knorr to make it delicious. It lasts a long time, too, as long as you keep it bone dry. That can be somewhat hard to do if you're scooping directly from the jug, though...

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but Dollar Tree only sells 5 packs now, and they are $1.50. Target sells 6 packs for $1.99. So, this is a really good deal. It's like buying two packs from Target, and getting two free.

The 25% coupon is available on the Chili and Soy flavors too... The only vegetarian ramen noodles at lower price point. The Maruchan brand is even cheaper but they're not vegetarian.

If you'd have Albertsons around, once in a while, they got Maruchan at $0.07/ea, limit 48 at a time, but no limit in "flavors." I stock those up the last couple of times they had on sale for the rainy days.
