I bought this for my 25 y/o daughter a few months ago when it was about $150. She put it together herself, and so far, it has held up well with her two large dogs. I recommend it!

Bought this for my basement, for $100 it's a very solid deal. Little tedious to put together but wasn't crazy, feels very sturdy and is very heavy
