Boiling these nutrients denature and destroy them, not sure how much benefits this may have after extreme heat

It's a type of mushroom that's supposedly good for health. It doesn't add flavor.

Heat denatures proteins/enzymes usually at high temp but not polysaccharides like beta glucans from turkey tail and similar mushrooms that require simmering in high heat for extraction of the said compounds that confers the immune boosting and probiotic effect.

JRE - Paul Stamets. CHECK IT OUT! Turkey tail is good for promoting the immune system and gut health. With the prebiotics and organic coffee at this price you really can't lose.

I'll consider stocking up if the Au element in it can be extracted easily with kitchen chemicals at a ratio of 1/100 per gram.

I'm not sure how they can market this as "probiotic" while still having caffeine in it. Caffeine is not good for the gut. Want probiotics? Make Kefir at home and drink swiss water decaf coffee. THAT is how you do it & save a ton of money (you can make a gallon of Kefir for the price it costs to buy a gallon of milk; because that's all you need).

You are correct. I am going to try it anyway, but you are right probably not doing much good with the probiotics and the turkey tail. It is organic though.
