Don't support this company. They practice planned obsolescence. A firmware update made my printer have a host of issues.
Ethernet no longer works.
Wifi cuts out or sometimes doesn't connect, requiring a full factory reset and reentering my wifi info.
Turns off automatically, even though the setting is set to never turn off, requiring me to physically press the on button and wait for the printer to load in order to print.
Randomly jams and shreds paper.

That's just what I can think of off the top of my head.

I haven't had any of those issues. I didn't use the remote print option for a few months and had to re-authenticate my Google account to upload scans to my Google Drive, but I expect that every so often. Otherwise, it's been rock solid going two years now. Occasional firmware updates, dependable, and I haven't had to refill the ink yet. I have four kids in school and it gets used regularly. This has been my favorite printer and I prefer it to my old laserjet which would sometimes get black streaks when I refilled the toner.

Just my experience.
