There are whispers that T-Mobile is offering a new free line this month, possibly on select accounts. Anyone gets any notices on their account when visiting the stores or contact T-mobile these past 2 days?
During the last free line offer, I was told my account qualified by the phone agent and I added the line (via phone agent) on the evening of the last day. The line didn't register until the next day and I was told that I wasn't qualify because the line was added outside of promotional period. I'm still in 90-day probation for line removal and was told that promotions don't show up during this time so I'm not sure.

If you are in a plan that includes sales tax and everything like magenta Max or 5G or 5G plus you lose that benefit if you take this free line.

Please see below the terms and conditions that showed in my t-life app.

With monthly bill credits. Subject to change. Free new line for qualifying existing accounts with 2+ voice lines on a family plan and a max of 2 current free lines. Plus taxes & fees for accounts paying for a T-Mobile wireless line with additional taxes & fees; monthly Regulatory Programs (RPF) & Telco Recovery Fee (TRF) totaling $3.49 per voice line ($0.50 for RPF & $2.99 for TRF) applies; tax-es/fees approx. 4-38% of bill. Qualifying credit and qualifying regular-rate post-paid plan required. Promotional, segmented, single line plans, accounts with multiple single line plans, and Essentials Saver plans are excluded from offer. If you have cancelled lines in past 90 days, you may need to reactivate them first. Credits may take up to 2 bill cycles; credits will stop if you cancel any lines or change plans. $10 device connection charge due at sale. Limit 1/ account. Not combinable with some offers or discounts, including other service discounts, device offers, or Price Lock; choosing free line gives up access to Go5G Plus, Go5G Next, Experience More and Experience Beyond device offer features for this line only. I am in a very old plan simple choice of 9 lines (2 free lines). Total monthly charge is ~158$. I guess I am not qualified for 3rd free line?

You're paying too much at $158.

I'm a grandfathered Sprint kickstart plan, would love to add a line, we'll see if it works out on May 8th.
Same plan and it works. I have 4 free lines and only 2 paid now with the latest free line.

So you had 3 free lines prior to this one? Did you receive the email and/or text telling you you qualify for this free line?

They never offer any perks if you are on the Military 1.0 plan. They keep trying to get me to switch plans and tell me how great the new plans are.

I am on military one plan is it worth to upgrade to megant military looks like nothing will increase

No, I wouldn't recommend changing—it would actually end up costing you more, even if you were to buy a phone at full price. I always purchase my phones directly from Samsung and Apple, which still works out to be a better deal.

I don't see it on the T-Life app.
I'm paying $175 for 4 lines and thinking of digging TMO.

I called T-mobile a few days ago and was told she cannot add a new free line to my account but suggested me to call back in a week. I called again today the CSR said she is able to add a new free line to my account with 10$ activation fee. She ordered a SIM card for me and it should arrive in a few days.
What a surprise. Now I have 10 lines with 3 free lines. Monthly increases from $158.5 to $162 (3.5$ regulation fee)
