I have the black, and it's a good medium thickness. Nips don't show through much. It's wrinkle resistant too. I've never needed to iron.

I got two and the medium was too large and the small was too tight. 5'9 170lbs... quality seems good tho. Need to return both. I would think medium would be good for someone 5'10 or taller and closer to 200lbs FYI
