Bought some more to replace the plastic pet food dishes.

Where are these made? Anyone know what kind of ceramic exactly? Thought I heard someone say that any color decorations on dishes involve some amount of lead?

And so you thought you'd just pass that ignorance along unchecked, with your own unique twist on it?

No, we still (so far) have an FDA, which checks for lead content in food and foodware. I wouldn't trust the stuff you bought off amazon to give to your kids, but a well-known brand like Sierra (same brand as TJ-Maxx) probably clears their stuff with the FDA.

The oven safe to 400 is a deal breaker to me. I won't remember that years from now and expect these to be useful for baking up to even 450

Must be regional because I can still add three of the different dishes to my cart and get all the way to check out. But I already bought 5, so I'm not paying $10 in shipping again
