I was about to be annoyed because I ordered this yesterday... but it's the same price so that's a relief.
It seems like a decent motherboard if you need an ITX. The combo didn't seem bad if you don't mind the older 7800X3D. Motherboard reviews had some complaints but I figured I'd take the chance. It should be here Friday.

I have this MB since it first became available. It had everything I needed for the meshroom v2 build. Unfortunately it has a very noticeable coil whine. I don't know if ASUS fixed this in the later batches, but I remember a lot of people used to complain about it. Other than that it works perfectly fine and the price is significantly better compared to what I paid.

I've had this board for about 10 months now and it's been great, no coil whine on mine that I notice. It does come with a problematic WiFi card though, so do yourself a favor and pick up an Intel AX210 before you install it.

Great board overall but Asus seems to have problem with coilwhine. I had b650e-i and x670e-i, both got coilwhine when idle while b650i Aorus, b650i lightning completely silent. ( I build Itx case for customer )

I bought mine 2 years ago, I even went for a returned Amazon warehouse one and lucked out with no issues or apparent coil whine (though I will admit I didn't actively listen for it).

Ran a 7800x3d and upgraded a few months ago to 9800x3d, no issues.

I've been rocking this for about 18 months now and it's been good to me. I've got the 7950x3D which is overkill even when I fire up a few guest VM's, so the 7800x3D is suitable for just about anything AND it doesn't have the weird 3D cache split between half the cores like mine does.
Edit: No coil whine on mine. I don't know if I got lucky or happened to get one from a second production run where they reviewed / replaced components or what.

I got this board +7800x3d+aio cooler+32gb corsair memory for $658 the other day on new egg.
