I ordered a 12 tube pack of tomato paste and they only sent me one. Their rep asked for photos as proof. Generally speaking, that's impossible. How can I show them something I never got? Furthermore, I already threw the envelope away. Then I realized that there's a Proof-of-Delivery photo. And I was very lucky they used an envelope and not a box. I screenshoted and uploaded that photo, and told them that it was impossible to fit 12 boxes of the tomato paste inside that envelope. They immediately agreed and gave me a refund on the entire order.
