That being said, their charging cables seem fine.
45W opens up a lot. Switch. Trickle charging laptops properly. You likely want 45W.
I confirmed when I plugged in my phone I was getting about 32 W charging on one port but as soon as I plug something else into the other port, it dropped to about 7 W and the other item was around 11 W so almost 20 W total both ports
I'm only using one port in it so it provides maximum charging for my phone and it's more hassle to send it back than it's worth
