I just bought this and was able to contact Norton via chat and get them to take the 20-device, 1-year Platinum subscription and convert it to a 10-device, 2-year subscription to add to my existing Norton 360 Premium subscription. Made it a really cheap 2-year add-on to my existing 760 days!

Just call Norton and request it to be converted and added on? Never heard of that as a thing.

Just to correct this comment and let everyone else know, you CAN pay with PayPal.
There's even a big button labeled "PayPal Checkout" when you're in the cart screen.

Do you activate it first, and then contact Norton for the conversion, or the other way around?

I already had an active subscription with Norton. I chatted with them and provided them my purchased Platinum product key and an explanation for the conversion I wanted, and they went from there. If you don't have an account that is active, I would still recommend that you chat with them and follow the same setup (it might be a bit different but should still work).

It worked, as you described. From the chat: "As I have discussed your case with my supervisor, I will go ahead and add 365+365= 730 to your subscription Norton 360 Premium which is good for 10 devices."
