IIRC in an older thread there was a comment that these aren't confirmed as made in Japan?

Also cheaper than ikea ladda? I need more rechargeables for my toddlers toys. It's getting out of hand

I don't know if it has changed, but all the energizers I have gotten from Costco have been made in Japan. Batteries were made in Japan and the chargers in China.

Once again those worries of getting fake ones on Amazon. It's getting reported more often lately due to amazon mixing inventory from 3rd party sellers even though it says sold and ships from amazon. I guess, I'll wait for reports from most recent purchases and hope the deal comes back.

I buy these at discount on occasion at a store near me.
The 4 pack is almost always made in Japan. If these are they are good performing batteries. Japanese made does make a difference.

I've had some duracell, some random amazon ones and others but prefer these.

Reasonably affordable and reliable and still going strong years later.

Wish I could find a good charger though.

Yes my previous purchases from Costco were same as you reported. I have 3 packs from a few years back. I missed the deal for $10 a few weeks ago and am now trying to get a few more

i dont think i have anything that uses AA batteries anymore. my 2 samsung remotes are solar powered and have lithium batteries inside, my mx master 3 mouse and mx keys have lithium batteries. i have a few wall clocks but i dont think rechargeables are good in those.
