So... not factual? Or more sensitive to people who don't understand the atrocities that occurred? I haven't played CoD since BO2 (and even then, zombies only. MW3 back in 2015ish was my last "new" CoD)? Is this worth $10? Or is it a pass?

It's "designed for modern audience". It has a lot of messaging in it. Easier to ignore if the quality of the game was average but it's probably the worst offering that COD has had in recent years. I am not sure if they fixed it after a couple seasons but the game was released in a very buggy state and slowly improved. I would not buy it for the campaign unless representation is a big selling point for you. What they did was quite lazy. They basically selected a few races/genders/etc. and made 2? missions each for them. One of the females they focus on was based on a real-life woman who was amazing, but they insert modern day messaging into her story which seems disrespectful to this lady and her family.
The game was the quickest one I have seen price drop after a launch of COD. Zombies isnt as good as the previous and current offerings either in my opinion. I would value it somewhere in the $5-$10 range tops.
