These are delicious. Recommend. Also my septic tank guy who has been doing this for his whole life told me don't bother wasting your money on expensive treatments like Rid-X, he said just buy $1 liter of buttermilk and pour it down the toilet every month or two and you'll get the microbiome from that. After 5 years I had him come pump mine and he said there was almost no solids in it and I could have gone another 2-3 years easy. This is a house with 5 people in it and a kid that can't stop using almost an entire roll of TP every time he farts in the toilet. I also use the wipes. The dreaded Cottonelle ones that everyone says will ruin your system. Except I've been using them for like 10 years every day and read above assessment from septic guy.Maybe I just have a great septic tank cause I hear all these people with issues but yeah. That's what I do- I pour a thing of buttermilk down the drain about every 3 months or when I remember and all is good.

Not doubting you but isn't commercial buttermilk legally required to be pasteurized therefore kills all the bacteria cultures?

Buttermilk? As in the kind you buy at the grocery store and use for cooking?🧐
