Bought the tune buds during last sale. It was fine for first few use. After that right year stopped working and left one got intermittent weird noise/cutt offs. I am in the process of reimbursing the money as the product they offer as a part of replacement is cheap Walmart earphones costing $20. Not a good buy if the product doesn't work and has to go through the hassle of reimbursement.

Bought the tune flex and got them last week. Right bud didn't work right out of the box. Went back and forth with troubleshooting. In the end nothing worked. I would have kept them if they would have exchanged the non functioning one. Since the won't, I'm returning them. In my opinion, not worth the hassle and something I won't take a chance on again.

For what it's worth, the last pair is still working great! I work at a naval shipyard and dropped these in the hull, got a crap ton of burrs them all time, and have air blasted it more times than I can count to clean them. I even blast them extremely loud to blackout the vanpools loud crappy music without blowing out the speakers. I bought another pair, I love 'em.

Compared to my bose and even my amazon buds, these are just ok. The noise canceling is not very good, but they work for music and everything else. Worth 20 bucks but not high end at all. I still keep them as backups.

I got the Tune version during last year's black friday sales. They're mediocre compared to other high end buds that I have, but I have problems with the mic. Even though the sound coming in is always clean/clear, callers have to ask me to repeat something because I either cut out or the volume goes very low when I'm talking. Good for music, bad for calls.

I got these last go around, and I like them. My only complaint is that the touch controls are way too sensitive.

I bought the tune flex and received yesterday. They were not cleaned, the left one cut in and out constantly and battery dropped rapidly in that bud. Seller initiated return very fast. I am not repurchasing.

I ordered 3x from these refurbished sales thinking it couldn't happen again. Each time they were still broken. Buyer beware.

I have these as my "don't care" pair for a year now, which means I use them for travel or yard work where I don't mind them getting lost or dirty. I actually think the noise cancelling is pretty good for a cheap pair (make sure you use the right size silicon earbud covers - it comes with 4 sizes). They do the job for mowing the grass and being around loud noises, but of course aren't as sound isolating compared to my $300 Sony WF-1000XM4). They sound pretty decent as well, minus any bass. The only issues I've ever had were the buds not making good contact with the charge connection when put into the case, and having them die quickly. A quick cleaning/air blast usually does the trick since gunk can build up on the charging terminals. They have a pretty good battery life when it does charge fully. They're actually more comfortable than my Sony's after 3-4 hours of being in my ears (I have very sensitive ear canals). Mine was purchased new on sale for $25, so I can't speak on these refurbished ones.
