Great headset. Love the quality for gaming. I ordered mine through Amazon and one of the batteries was bad in the box. Took them 5 weeks to get me a replacement battery. Suggested I return the entire headset to Amazon for exchange if I needed a battery soon. Kind of a bummer when one of the main selling points of this headset is hot swappable batteries. -5 ⭐ for steel series support. +5 ⭐ for the headset quality
