Looks like 2.4 stars on QVC. I'll pass, better off either hard wiring some or getting a real solar setup with a lifepo4 battery, charge controller, and solar panels.
4 lumens?! My router has brighter bulbs!

I briefly perused the reviews on QVC, and many—if not most—seem quite positive. However, I don't know how much I can trust them. I'm inferring that many are not genuine but rather paid or fabricated.

Regardless, I'm still tempted. I think they would look decent surrounding my rose tree by the front entrance of my home. During the daytime, they shouldn't be too conspicuous either, as they are mostly flat and could be somewhat camouflaged if the right color is chosen—most likely black.

That said, my Cheap Basterd Sense is telling me that these are junk and should be avoided. Still, I'm hesitant to totally rule them out…

Fyi specs show Ni-Cad battery…I personally haven't had much longevity with this older tech.

I said surrounding, not under, sir. Back to the Agitation Abyss with you, foul semantic fiend!

Seriously though, I'm going to pass on these and hopefully wait for possible feedback from others. Honestly, I've been pleasantly surprised by cheap solar lights—most have served me well despite their parsimonious pedigree.

For example, this $15 set of four EZBASICS lights [amazon.com] has been especially good to me and is still going strong and bright nearly three years later.

Even these 8-pack of $10 SOLPEX solar path lights (I bought two packs of eight at $10 each) has survived a harsh Maine winter and are still lighting my driveway and apple trees nearly a year. So perhaps my hesitation is unwarranted...

https://a.co/d/3wGPI9D got these a few months ago and am very happy with them. Have lots of shade and still good results. Same style just a bit pricier. But excellent reviews.
