The doordash reddit is filled with people saying they got charged after the order.

If you schedule it in advance do you still got 15 minutes ? I have no idea what items I'll have to choose and don't want rushed

I did this promo yesterday am and it ended up charging me full price. Lots of chat with CS with no resolution I was about to give up. However, they ended up refunding the entire order, giving me the refunded amount in DD credits & a $25 apology credit. It was a total headache but it ended up working out lol. I think they have patched the issue bc I saw the promo was down for a while yesterday.

Only stores available for the $75 promo were CVS, 7/11, and Walgreens. Ended up going with 7/11 and getting $75 worth of overpriced junk food. It's a decent deal depending on how much the flowers cost you, but be wary that there aren't much options for double dash (at least for me).

Meijers (midwest store) had a 30% off $55+. I got her flowers and a blender. Scheduled it 5 hours from now and also use my chase $10 promo. Tried to double dash to get my $75 and it just says "This promotion is only available to users who have placed a qualifying order."

Contacting support to see my options, will update.

in my opinion. not worth the headache. I tried to do this and I didn't get a double dash option on a scheduled order (even though some people here were successful). please note that the terms and condition said delivery order... no where does it say it is not valid on scheduled orders so please use their language to your benefit if you're trying to contact customer service.
I called in twice and asked for a resolution and was able to get a full refund after explaining.

Just made the mistake of trying it. Made a ~$26 order for cheap flower boquet and candy plus fees and tip at Safeway. Then I did see the $75 offer for free stuff ... at 7-Eleven. Only 7-Eleven. Its just now 7AM here in PST and maybe other eligible stores just aren't open. Safeway/Albertsons was not eligible for the $75 free. Home Depot and Lowes showed available but were not eligible. Only other options I saw were fast food places and they too were not eligible. 7-Eleven showed only a few things available and I didn't even want. Frown

That is doordash for you. Always pulling crap. Last 2 months they have screwed me over on a $10 dashpass Chase credit. The orders got cancelled, but I didn't cancel them. Then the doordash reps (and supervisors) claim that the system won't let them do anything. They have sleazy liars written all over them.

Has anyone SUCCESSFULLY 'redeemed' this promo?? I scheduled my double dash order for delivery in a few hours today..the promo portion of my order is general grocery items from Vons. Have a screenshot of the receipt.

Wondering if I should just go ahead and cancel it to avoid the headache…

My Edible / Aldi order was just delivered. I opted to have the 3 items that were unavailable refunded, but other than that, smooth experience on my end. CVS, Walgreens, Aldi, and Ulta were the options earlier when I ordered.

Deal worked for me for Kroger's flowers and Sprout grocery. I wish everybody's experiences were like mine! But it is an awesome deal if it works out.
