Update: 3rd chat agent was able to just cancel and refund my order
When you click on the pricing/fees button on Target it says Target is not affiliated with Doordash (it does not say this at any other store I've checked), so I'm wondering if Target is even an eligible store
Also it seems like ppl are missing that it has to be flowers from the fresh cut category too
