I had the offer yesterday but it was gone today. Anyone figure out how to get it to pop up again?

What resolution you got from there? I am in same situation and $75 credit is not applying on double dash despite showing up. I scheduled first order but can't cancel it and get a full refund I have been on chat support from past 60-75 minutes and haven't got any reasonable help so far other than transferring btw multiple agents.
i played around with a few options but it looks like you have to select the deal at the checkout page - super frustrating. the user experience should autopopulate if you have a deal that satisfies the requirements and not an "opt in." they changed this behavior some time in the past few months.

It also depends on the dasher you get. Mine went to the dog food section and let me know the cat food I wanted was out of stock and sent me a picture of dog food to see if I would like a replacement. I told him he was in the wrong section, but he decided to ignore me and checked out.

I tried complaining to support, but they offered nothing even though the chat shows it was not my error.

What flowers are eligible? The cheapest I see is a single rose, will that work? There is also some chocolate and balloons too, will they work too?

I tried to add doubledash items within seconds after checkout where it showed stores available for $75 off. However the credit/promo was not getting applied with any items from various stores that DD app showed right on that screen, Customer care is pathethic and its a waste of money ordering these overpriced flowers.

I ended up doing the offer and it worked. I spent $20 on flowers after getting the 50% discount and ordering it to come at a future time within 2 hours. After that I had several options to double dash. The best seemed to be target so I got some 12 packs of sodas and few other groceries. I selected refund for all substitutes like others suggested. Unfortunately they were out of the root beer I picked and the dasher messaged me to see what substitute I wanted but I did not see his message. The refund for $19 in soda came out to like $3 in Doordash credit. Maybe this was for the best vs selecting a different soda as a substitute because I may have been billed or had to go through customer support for potentially a long time to get things straightened out. All in all the deal was well worth it but the 2 missing 12 packs of root beer made it bittersweet.

The flowers I ordered were from target for delivery tomorrow morning. The one double dash offers I got were for CVS/Walgreens/Aldi and the options were very limited. Ultimately bought $75 worth of candy but kind of regretting it now. Does anyone know if I cancel my order that I'd get the promo back to try somewhere else that may have better options for the $75 credit?

Honestly. After reading all these comments, the opportunity cost is just not worth it for me. I'm gonna sit this deal out. It would have been nice to by myself some flowers for Mother's Day, but I just can't imagine spending hours of my time sorting out DoorDash's issues AGAIN for the billionth time.I'd like to validate the experience of those with the Chase Sapphire Reserve card with DashPass benefits, which is what I have. It's already such a headache to spend the two $10 monthly grocery credits for the lowest price. But if you place an order for pickup and the store has an issue, or the items are out of stock, and your order gets canceled, then you are straight out of luck.In those cases, messaging customer service for a return of your $10 coupon for a canceled order will NOT work. I dealt with this issue myself a few months ago. It was a disaster.Weeks later, I read through the full terms of service of the promotion so you don't have to. It straight up says that in the event of a cancellation for whatever reason, the $10 credits will NOT be given back to your account.I spoke with 3 chat reps about this, and they all got impatient and left after telling me there was nothing they could do. DoorDash the company is technically in the clear, but it's morally reprehensible to make it so difficult to use these benefits or navigate a proper refund.I can't imagine doing this all over again and possibly getting charged for overpriced flowers, and a $75 DoubleDash that falls through for whatever reason and I end up getting charged.Won't be gambling today, but good luck to all other mothers and everybody else out there. Hope it works out for you!

Scheduled ahead, Popeyes/cvs/walgreens were the only options, and it seems like it's a limited selection not the full store. Ice cream, candy etc

Because people are over complicating this:

1. Schedule an order from a flower shop for tomorrow (can be anything a balloon, flowers, etc). The eligible shops can be found in the app after clicking the banner for this promotion. There is no order minimum afaik.

2. After placing that order you get to "double-dash", which lets you order from another store. It will give you 3-5 stores that will be eligible for the $50/$75 off. Because you scheduled for tomorrow you do not have to rush for 15 minutes. You can take your time, make your cart, and checkout. I recommend you activate the dash pass trial for the $75 off.

3. Something go wrong ? Cancel your first order and move on. For any other problems doordash support will likely fix it for you.

if the 40% off 30 for flowers coupon works on 30 dollars of balloons, is that good enough to suggest that balloons qualify?
Well? Whats the conclusion?

Walgreens has a $50 and $25 gift card to Amazon. Would that work as the double dash?
Did it work?
