Sometimes Home Depot have this 10" miter saw kit on sale for $399. Not the lowest but decent price for this 10".

I have the Milwaukee 7 1/4 sliding miter, love it. I hear the 12" is good too, but pass on the 10" based on other's experience.

I have one, love mine. Accurate, easy to use. This and my 8.25" Milwaukee table saw are the core of my wood shop tools.

The 10" version seems to be the older design. I prefer 10" saw, but I want it in the newer design.

I got this deal when there was a similar offer a month ago. The quality of the saw is way more than I expected. Not plasticy at all, all metal where it matters, solid. Only downside is it's as heavy as any other quality miter saw. This is gonna get used for building out structures on the farm in places where there is no power.
