This saw is a beast. We just did major pruning on over 10 trees and have done it every year for the last 6 years and it still cuts like a champ. I actually ordered a new chain for it,not sure it even needed it.

we got around 75 cuts on 1.5-2in material with a 6ah, so I would guess this is good for around 50 2in cuts.

For comparison, Fasteners Inc has the bare tool for $149 - https://www.fastenersinc.net/prod...8544153687. I'd jump on this HD deal if you're in the market for a pole saw.
