It's a meal replacement bar lol. It's not just a protein bar. Really good after a good strenuous workout - creates an insulin spike to get the protein where it's supposed to go.

These things are 2-3x the size of most protein bars. The macros aren't that bad considering. Good if they fit your use case – larger bodies with higher maintenance calories, endurance athletes, manual labor workers, etc. Not ideal use case for petite folks or those trying to lose weight.

These taste fantastic but have a shit ton of sugar in them. I keep a few on hand for when I'm in a hurry and I know I won't have much to eat for awhile, but that's only maybe once or twice a month. Pure protein is better by all metrics except taste and size.
