how does the bogo work if you add double meat? so if i can a chicken burrito and add extra chicken do i pay for extra chicken once or twice?

1) Incorrect, I did not select "This is a Gift" option, I only selected its for myself.
2) I did confirm the BOGO was listed before submitting payment.

Then I waited for what felt like an eternity but it arrived, here's the timeline in case anyone is interested:

should be bogo equal or lesser value. meaning you spend $14 on a burrito, you can get another burrito up to that same price for free..

I just checked/tested and it didn't cover double meat so you would have to pay twice for 2 burritos. I think in the past these deals would do that but I assume Chipotle is trying to make as much profit as possible for their shareholders so they are greedier than ever before.

It's Chipotle. They've been known for years to run crappy/buggy/questionable/PITA/incompetent promotions. I mean, you still can only use one gift card when you order in the app and can't combine gift card values... and it's mid 2025 now!
