Wasn't sure if Same Day Instacart would trigger the PayPal offer
Yes but I think the Paypal offer expired and its 5% now but should stack if you have the Venmo debit card offer of 25$ back off orders of $75 or more.

They used to just apply the coupon even if it was under 50 so that it was a sweeter deal. They must've caught on to people abusing this!
