Darn it! Mine just auto-renewed last week and now when I went to cancel it offered me 50% off. I did it anyway and it now says 50% off starting May 2026. Oh well. At least I will save for the next renewal.

How deep into the cancellation process do you have to go for the offer to surface?

I clicked "Cancel Subscription", a dialogue pops up warning what features I'd lose, with another "Cancel Subscription" or "Never Mind" prompt. Don't want to actually cancel...

My renewal was for January 2026. I received a prompt prior to confirming cancellation and selected my reason for cancelling was for cost reasons. I was hoping that would trigger the discount, but it simply cancelled for me after that.

No discount offered for me, just canceled. Maybe its a sign that I pay too much for so little and I should not renew at all
