Hurry up and buy this before it goes out of stock -- 8bitdo is going to stop shipments to the USA due to the current economic situation.

It's almost like people hear one thing and then parrot that over and over without ever looking it up or following up.

For the nes classic I use these Myarcade: https://a.co/d/0auTkd1

They were $6 when I bought them.

To be fair that did happen and then the company changed their mind. https://www.tomshardware.com/peri...to-the-u-s

Its a nice controller but its too small. Its smaller than the wired ones for the TG16 or mini. A bit uncomfortable for me and I don't have giant hands.

I really don't see the point of something like this, nostalgia fun okay sure. Otherwise, just get a controller that does it all.

I don't keep up with tech-related news from Tom's Hardware these days. I saw a lot of places reporting on the original decision and yet this is the first I have seen about them going back on it. Given I love 8bitdo and want the full size NES keyboard on sale, thank you for the update!

That said, I might give people some benefit of the doubt. News is usually quick jump on the clickbait worthy headline and less so when news breaks the clickbait is no longer valid. I clicked several articles on retro handhelds and other tech makers stopping shipments in my Google News feed and the algorithm apparently felt compelled to ignore the follow up 😤

I actually can't stand playing retro games on modern controllers
