Bought service with this company through Amazon back in December. It took them over a month to ship the sim card, then when I went to activate it they said the iccid number didn't match their records for the purchase. Took three days of calls and many hours before someone was able to fix it. Each time they asked the exact same questions (Amazon order number, iccid, IMEI, my address for the phone number). In the end they didn't give me the area code I requested that they asked for in each of the calls.

YMMV, but I personally would not buy from this company, nor will I be staying with this company when my year is up.

FYI, I bought two one Verizon and one T-Mobile. I noticed that T-Mobile can have visual voicemail while Verizon cannot.

Guess the cost savings has to come from somewhere. I don't expect much from any mvno, but that's pretty bad.

Anybody knows if it is possible to use this simcard with a phone then tether internet through usb to Ethernet? I plan to use it as a failover on my one of my spare WAN ports (Ubiquiti).

Your service stops, and you either port out or pay full price.

Fair warning, Verizon is pretty bad. I had Verizon with infimobile then I had to get a new phone and it was an utter nightmare. The T-Mobile version I have no issues with.

Been using their [Infimobile's] 10GB on Verizon since June of last year and haven't had any problems but I only use the data since it's for a Google Voice number. Got on this deal [some other deal, not this deal] on T-Mobile for $54 with no taxes which is a better deal than their website [whose website?]. Their [Ifinimobile?] iPhone app was garbage and would often crash but that hasn't happen in a couple of months now [so no longer garbage?].

oh man, you're proving that we need better sentence construction education in school. Is this right?

Both mine (15gb plan) and wife's plan (this 5 gig plan) are on Verizon and I have had no issues (iphone 13 Pro and 2nd gen iphone SE).
I was on Cricket before (AT&T towers) and service is comparable, if not a little better. My plan on Cricket was limited to 4g LTE speeds since I was on an old grandfathered plan, so going to 5g was nice.

I don't think has been answered before, or if it has I don't remember coming across the many Infimobile threads. What is the renewal rate of these promo plans after the 12 month period expires? Does anyone have any experience renewing at the promo rate? (the 10GB for $99 is the most popular) - are people able to renew at the promo rate before expiration? Or do you go shopping for a new service carrier before the 12 months (pain). I'd certainly like to continue renewing if possible, but not an an exaggerated non-competitive rate.Any experience? I can't be the only one asking or thinking this question. Thanks!
I just renewed my 15GB/month plan for another year and the price was the same $125/yr as last year but I had to pay tax/fees this time which was around $15 more than the sales tax from my amazon ordered last year but I'm happy paying $151.64 for another year of service on InfiMobile's Verizon service.

No necessarily so. I have the 10GB plan for $99 that's ends June 28. They are letting me buy the 5GB plan for $75 and I can then add as Recharge!
