Why would someone buy this over something like the Anker 737? The anker has 140w charging while this only goes up to 65w for a single device (can charge two devices to a combined 100w on multiple ports)

This is designed for use on v mounts and corresponding video/camera equipment that have the d-tap connector. They do make usbc to dtap now so the 737 can be used but this is a familiar form factor. These can also be purchase in larger capacities than the 737 and have additional versatility with the tripod compatible mounts and dc connectors. Can you charge a phone/laptop off this? Yes. But its not the equipment that's going to get the most benefit of its design.
