This bag is advertised as being for running: I run about 30 miles a week. This doesn't look like it'd be very good for running. It's two nylon webbing straps and a removable sternum strap. There really isn't anything holding it to your body.

If you're running enough time that you need a water bladder, I think you'd want to look into a specialty pack designed for that kind of load when running. Look at "running packs" on REI, they're more like vests.

If you just need something to carry your phone and maybe a gel, I would highly recommend a FlipBelt. I've been running with one for like seven years and have never lost anything I've put in it.

I like this deal...

It's a convertible pack bag with three inside pockets and an outside side-zippered pocket for phones. Lots of uses for this pack.

Solid deal when you consider generic, mediocre running bags or hip bags that will fall apart after a year (if you're lucky) will set you back $15-$20.

Thanks for that tip, I'm curious if you have a specific preference from experience? https://www.amazon.com/stores/Fli...BDPGF80DM0

I use the zipper belt specifically and keep my *expired id and cash in the zipper pocket. My phone goes in just the normal slit pockets.

I got mine for 33 back in 2019. I used the original one without zipper (paid 10.97) in 2018 but ended up losing so much weight I had to get a smaller one.
