About this Item:
  • Contact Frame for Intel LGA1851 | LGA1700: Optimized contact pressure distribution for a longer CPU lifespan and better heat dissipation
  • More performance at every speed – especially more powerful and quieter than the P12 at low speeds. Higher maximum speed for optimal cooling performance under high loads
  • Native Offset Mounting For Intel and AMD: Shifting the cold plate center toward the CPU hotspot ensures more efficient heat transfer
  • Integrated VRM Fan: PWM-controlled fan that lowers the temperature of the voltage regulators, ensuring reliable performance
  • Integrated Cable Management: The PWM cables of the radiator fans are integrated into the sleeve of the tubes, so only a single visible cable connects to the motherboard

Hey, I find this very weird. I had this for more than a year and it's quieter than my hdds spinning generally. It does get really loud at max rpm but that also allows my 7700x to boost to insane levels. You generally don't need that though, maybe tweak the fan curves a bit or ensure there is no issue with it.
Yeah, good point. I haven't bothered with tweaking anything, but I'll certainly look into it. It's mostly loud on boot when the fans do their max RPM test spin or whatever. Otherwise, it's noisier when being pushed.

I have the non rgb version and it works great for my 9900x. Speedfan works well to control it and minimize noise based on temps

This is the best AIO. One thing that you do need to keep in mind with this AIO is the radiator thickness. It might not always be compatible with cases because it's thicker than the average radiators.
Also, when building with this AIO it's a good idea to put your CPU EPS power in first because there is a good chance you won't be able to if you install this first since it will be blocked.

Does this allow you to control fan speeds based on water temps? I hate AIOs that force you to do it by CPU temp, which kinda defeats the purpose of water cooling.

There's no water temp sensor, afaik. I run mine off of CPU Temp using 'Fan Control' which allows you to ramp up/down fan speeds based on a variety of temps and conditions, but there is no dedicated Water Temp Sensor.

Not seeing the deal for the non RGB
I have this AIO and I run it with the RBG off most of the time.
