PSA: I had grubhub with prime but got rid of prime a few months ago. Grubhub has been billing my amex $10.79 every month since last August. I called and they refused to stop billing me because I couldn't tell them which email or phone number the bill was attached to. I went thru several possibilities and they declared it was none of those. So I started disputes with amex who initially credited me but then rebilled me after grubhub said I had a subscription (but wouldn't say how.) I kept going up the grubhub foodchain with tickets to support to no avail and finally had to put a block on amex so I couldn't be billed or report the card stolen. But amex told me that grubhub can still run up the charges and bill me later if I signed a contract. Will never use grubhub again.
