Bought this thru EPP at Samsung and have it running thru optical input. Very good sound system for a medium to large living room. Of note, the Airplay likes to go offline/not stay connected to wifi. No it's not my ubiquiti access points, it just is unreliable in that aspect. Good thing the frame TV its hooked up to also has airplay that is solid.

They did get bricked Samsung is taking all of them back to fix. These new ones wouldn't have that issue as Samsung has already pulled the firmware update and replaced it that caused it.

I'd love one of these but I just got the 900c setup at Walmart for $500 which was a sweet deal itself. Had I not I'd be jumping for this one.
based on the one I bought this is the best sound system I've ever owned.

Fwiw, I only found out about the bricking issue 3 days ago. Mine's been set to auto update since I got it in November, so it might be a matter of production date regarding bricking.
