40 and 45 dollar "MSRP" yikes not much of a deal though, we can all just wait till the holidays like usual I think. Cool releases coming out though, like kingpin!

How much lower do you think the prices will get? For anyone who wants to pull the trigger, 50% off MSRP is pretty good. $10-$15 4Ks only happen when certain movies go out of print, and there's no way to predict that.

$40 is a typical MSRP for these "boutique" distribution labels, like it or not, as is $20 as a good sale price.
The 3 for $30 sales (which are now at best $33) pull from a very different catalogue than the Kino, Criterion, etc. of the world.
Fortunately, these disks will last for many decades and even a modest physical media collection is more than enough to keep somebody busy. So it's easy to wait a few months in case a better deal comes around.

None of these are deals. They jacked the regular prices up to $40 making these movies $20 each which is not a good sale price. That's just what a regular price should be. Under $15 is a deal.

Touch of evil a single movie has an MSRP of 80 making this "deal" $40. That is indeed a touch of evil.
