If like the ones we have, the 2" length includes the tail so really small and lightweight. Makes it hard to play fetch, but can moisten to add weight for longer throws. (Don't overdo it or a catnip tea will leak out.)

To the commenter above, the mice are 2-2.5 inches without out the tail, anything smaller would be a major choking hazard. I find them just fine for the cats to play with for the 30 seconds it takes to lose them all over the place. Cheers.
i have these. cats like to scatter them around the house. mine had a plastic label sewn into it that didnt look good but read that the cats like the sound so i left them attached
