This goes without saying, but if you have a dog, do not let him on the treated area for 3+ days. I personally won't use any pesicide on my lawn because I have a pup and have heard too many horror stories about this toxic spray making animals sick. This stuff is also very harmful to bees, FYI.

In my experience spectracide works better but smells much worse and for longer.

These mark downs are probably last years stock. Won't last as long as new stock. I think buying two will get longer coverage for the same price as new stock.

Talak 7.9. 1 or 2 ounces per gallon depending on the pest and surface/area to be sprayed. I'm very selective about what and where to spray because ANY of these synthetic pyretherins will very effectively kill pollinators (so never on any flowering plants trees or shrubs).

If you are trying to keep mosquitos from your property and don't want to pay for a service, the product you want is called Talstar P. I would recommend a 32 oz container as it does have a shelf life of 3-5 year. This will cost you about $45. You mix a few tablespoons in a $10 one gallon pump sprayer, and for $55 dollars, you have professional level pest control for 3-5 years. Spray your perimeter, flower beds, bushes, window and door frames, and house foundation.
