I literally just got one of these for free (used) from a family member. While I am thankful for getting it for free as it gives me some additional storage for yard tools and such, this thing is pretty cheap feeling. I retightened everything when I got it set up at my place and it's just real flimsy and wobbly. Weighs maybe 50 lbs so it's easily movable but yeah, I dunno about $250 plus for it.
They also have shelf attachments for it I was looking at getting and they go for like $40+ on Amazon and I'm sure the quality is about the same.
Take that for what you will.

I literally just got one of these for free (used) from a family member. While I am thankful for getting it for free as it gives me some additional storage for yard tools and such, this thing is pretty cheap feeling. I retightened everything when I got it set up at my place and it's just real flimsy and wobbly. Weighs maybe 50 lbs so it's easily movable but yeah, I dunno about $250 plus for it.
They also have shelf attachments for it I was looking at getting and they go for like $40+ on Amazon and I'm sure the quality is about the same.

I have one. Store my pool stuff in it. It handles the Phoenix heat. The locking mechanism at the bottom broke, however I just leave a break in front of each door and no issues. Unfortunately sheds are expensive, even when used on Facebook marketplace. This is probably your best option if you're comfortable with this size.

I don't have this specific one. I have a 7x7 from this same company. I park my electric riding lawnmower in it along with my other electric yard tools. It's been going strong for over 7 years now. No leaks or anything. You just have to make sure that there's proper ventilation because it can get really humid inside. Should work for bikes.

Recently ordered the Sam's Club 106 cu ft Suncast storage shed for $350. Wondering if I should get this instead. Larger one seems like a better deal if you need the space.

same. Looking at the dimensions, I'm not sure the sams one is much larger other than about 8 inches deeper.
