These are protein bars with more fat and carbs than protein 😶
I one side I kinda agree with you but on the other side the first ingredient is actually something found in nature so is not too much of a surprise this isn't just pure industrialized protein with some flavor sprinkled on it. The former is likely to be less efficient in terms of ratios but might actually be healthier and / or easier to digest vs the latter.
I'd consider this if it weren't so high in saturated fat. Protein fiber and sugar content look good, but thats too much saturated fat in a 200 calorie bar for me.
Went with the Berry Blend Protein Smoothie ones for $3.30 a box, not nearly as good of a deal, but still a buck cheaper per box of 5 than the grocery store. Have had many of the chocolate/peanut ones and they're decent, but kind of sick of the flavor. Can't speak for these ones, but the salted caramel protein knockoff version of these from Meijer have hard spots and I feel like I'm gonna break a tooth when I eat them.
