lol. I'm just as surprised as you are, my communication with HD was rather simple. Here's what I ordered. Here is the link of the charger I should be getting. Reordering is not an option as the sale is already over and it is out of stock. Yes to compensation. And that's it. $10 buck is okay but $60 is even better.
