My favorites are from Hooters, but their prices are completely insane now.
If I were desperate enough to buy prepared wings, I'd buy frozen brands from Kroger, or the 4-5 lb packs for around $15 to $20 from Costco or Sam's Club's Frozen selections. Typically, you will get 8-12 party wings on average per pound.
I know, cooking them takes time and money for gas or electricity. I've been getting my wings with the rest of a chicken one way or another now.
I've switched to mostly whole rotisserie chickens @ $5 each (Sam's Costco), or 8-piece fried chicken (2 legs, 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 breasts) for under $10 @ Kroger, or Tuesdays @ KFC for $10 sometimes. If I am paying ~$1 per piece, it will be for a whole chicken's worth.
Tyson's boneless, skinless, natural chicken breast can still be had for $2.99 lb on sale (no added hormones/steroids/minimally processed).
I've recently bought legs for $0.99 lb and see sales on thighs too. Skin on or boneless, skinless. I really don't get why the wings are at such a premium now. I'd spend that kind of money to get steak, but not chicken.

back to my kfc tuesday wings now. they just started their new sun-tues 8pc for $10 dark meat only at certain slow regions. make sure to check your local restaurants for this new offer. in restaurants only. not available on app. no points/rewards collected.

my wing diet is on kfc tuesday now.
roti chicken from sams costco is a diff beast. their frozen wings arent that great since covid. too much fat and not that tasty though.
