Think mine have started leaking sand/cement whatever is inside them, as there's a powder on the floor after I put them down. No, I never dropped them either.

Same. I've had them for probably 7 years or so. The handles have, surprisingly, held up but the weights themselves began leaking fairly quickly. I will say, they were dirt cheap so I didn't mind abusing them. I mainly used them for driveway circuit training type workouts and ended up running duck tape around the outside edges (they began to crack quickly) then have them a coat or two of plastidip that I had laying around. I won't say that will fix them if people abuse them like I did but if you at least duck tape them from the start, I could see them lasting far longer.
Ultimately, all of these testimonials are here to convey that the durability is very poor but they still work.

I agree, I have these too and would not recommend it if you are intending to keep it longer. Other con I noted was the barbell, you will need another grip to hold it well as it can get slippery with a little bit of sweat
