Bought this griddle last summer. The flat top came warped right out of the box and never really settled. Tried everything to level it but it was near impossible there's a slight slope no matter what I do. Still, I managed to season it well and made some insane burgers all summer long. Another problem, it never got hot enough until I swapped out the weak regulator it came with it was an easy swap and it went from 300f to above 500. That said, every time I see a deal on a Blackstone, I catch myself wondering if I should've just gone with that from the start.
